First time making and tasting American burger (I don’t live in the US). Made the Brioche bun from scratch too.

    Pretty close, although brioche is better for things like breakfast or chicken sandwiches. Potato buns are best for burgers.

    The patty could be about half as thick imo but it still looks like a quality burger, good job
